Hmmm. I think I need to make one of those. Seems that no one can hear me anymore...at least not until I threaten (not that I would EVER threaten...) to ground one of them.
I love the "reward" system! We have a little envelope of coupons that the boys can earn by completing their list of chores without being asked (and then passing "inspection") and by being especially "agreeable" (with each other, with Mommy, etc.) They are trying to earn 20 coupons for a coveted keychain flashlight. It's possible to for them have to give back coupons for arguments, etc.
